Balochistan: 2 more bullet riddled bodies found in Turbat

QUETTA: Two more bullet-riddled bodies, including one of an activist of the Baloch National Front (BNF), were found from Surab area off Pasni Road in Kech district on Monday, around seven kilometres away from Turbat City. Police recovered the bodies from the Pasni Road after some passers-by spotted the bodies and informed the police, Constable Riaz Ahmed told Daily Times. The bodies were shifted to the Turbat Civil Hospital where they were identified as an activist of the BNF, Zubair Bloch, son of Nurmoammad a resident of Mand and Hafeez Baloch, son of Nusrat a resident of Tump of Kech district. Both victims had received three bullets each in the upper parts of their bodies, which had caused their instant death, hospital sources said. Police said that the victims had been kidnapped a few months ago. Voice for Baloch Missing Persons Chairman, Nasrullah Baloch said that as many as 164 dead bodies of Baloch political opponents had bee found during the past 10 months. He accused the security forces and intelligence agencies of killing the political activists. Baloch demanded that international humanitarian organisations should intervene in this grave humanitarian issue and play an active role in stopping it. Separately on Monday, a resident of Pasni, identified as Khalid Haji Hatim went missing from a check post in Nalant area in Coastal Highway. According to sources, he was going to Gwadar from Pasni, in a passenger coach when security personnel off loaded him from the coach and took him away to an unknown destination.
