KARACHI: At least 45 persons have perished in the unabated three days of torrential rains that lashed many parts of the country including Sindh and Balochistan, Geo News reported. Sindh stands devastated by the recent rain spell all across the province. Ali Nawaz Wah and Pandraho Wah canals in Faizganj area of district Khairpur developed 50 feet wide each breaches inundating eight villages and the surrounding areas. In a roof collapse near Garhi Pul a child, 8 died and six women were injured, while after the rain two including a woman died of snake bites at Nara and Paryalo.
