He could be right as so far he & his predecessors have been successful in blackmailing US and other members of international community through their proxies and army directly or indirectly to beg more money and economical & military aid.
Talibans, Alqaeda and Jihadi thugs are the main assets of pak army & its generals and are used as a tool to distablise the region and the world to achieve their evil intentions.
It is high time for the civilized world to understand the fact that Peace & stability in Afghanistan including in the region is impossible unless & until pak army and its notorious ISI is not tackled
