Balochistan: Missing people’s relatives set up hunger strike camp in Quetta

QUETTA - Voice for Baloch Missing Persons (VBMP) Chairman Nasrullah Baloch has said the recovery of bullet-riddled bodies is a slap in the face of government. “To draw the attention of people to human rights’ violation in Balochistan, the VBMP will hold a seminar on May 20 at Quetta Press Club,” he told a press conference at a hunger-strike camp set up by the relatives of Baloch missing people on Friday. Nasrullah said the relatives of missing people had pinned hope on the Supreme Court for safe recovery of their missing loved ones. He alleged the security forces  were behind enforced disappearances and dumping the bodies in Balochistan.  “This gross violation of human rights continues unabated despite the Supreme Court directives,” he said, adding that the relatives of Baloch missing people were disappointed by Chief Minister Aslam Raisani and Governor Nawab Zulfiqar Ali Magsi.                                        NEWS SOURCE: Nation
