QUETTA: At least five people, including a religious leader, were killed and four other wounded in separate acts of violence in different towns of Balochistan on Wednesday while a bullet-riddled dead body was recovered in Mastung.
In another incident, two workers of Balochistan National Party (BNP-Mengal) were gunned down in Khuzdar. Unidentified armed assailants sprayed a volley of bullets on Sulman and Waheed Ahmed at Double Road of Khuzdar. As a result, both sustained multiple wounds and succumbed to their injuries. The bodies were moved to nearby state-run hospital for autopsy.
